Biography
Gennady has more than 20 years’ experience, working in the tax and legal sectors in Russia and authored key elements of the tax legislation in 1992. He holds a Master’s in Economics, a Master’s in Law and a PhD in International Tax. Gennady led the CIS Tax & Legal function for 6 years and now leads our activity in the Energy and Resources sector.
