Sergei Neklyudov

Biography

Sergei came to Deloitte after fourteen years with another big four firm, where he led IFRS, RAS/US GAAP audits for financial institutions. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, is a Russian Certified Auditor, and an АССА Member and sits on the Deloitte CIS Executive Committee. Sergei has extensive knowledge of the banking, brokerage and leasing sectors in Russia and Europe and leads projects in due diligence, development, and implementation of accounting and financial reporting systems.
