Biography
Dr Farrell graduated in Medicine from the University of Glasgow in 2010. She went on to work in the west of Scotland before moving to NHS Tayside as a specialty registrar in diabetes and endocrinology. She has been awarded the Diabetes UK Sir George Alberti Research Fellowship to carry out a PhD at the University of Dundee studying impaired awareness of hypoglycaemia in type 1 diabetes.
