Biography
I graduated from Edinburgh University in 1993. After GP training in the South of Scotland and North of England. I settled into being a full time GP in Arbroath in 1999. I jointly lead the clinical communication skills teaching with Dr Neil Harrison but am also heavily involved with other teaching from the GP department (uTCGP) and within the university. I have a interest in Alternative and Augmentative communication and am currently researching clinical inter professional communication.
Research Interest
I am currently undertaking research in teaching communication with those who have complex communication needs.
