Biography
Dr Moodley is one of the module leads on the Human Clinical Embryology and Assisted Conception MSc programme and an Honorary Senior Clinical Embryologist at Ninewells ACU. She graduated with a Masters in Medical Science degree from Natal Medical School in Durban South Africa, before completing a PhD on “The Importance of Long Chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids for Fetal Immune System Maturation and Functions” under the supervision of Professor Michael Crawford at the Institute of Brain Chemistry and Human Nutrition at London Metropolitan University. She trained as an Embryologist at The Centre for Reproductive Medicine at St. Bartholomews Hospital in London. Dr Moodley was state registered as a Clinical Scientist by the Health and Care Professions Council, and has substantial experience in working in the field as well as training Embryologists.
