Biography
Ms Napier has worked in various roles within the NHS for around 7 years, including working as Quality Assurance Coordinator for undergraduate medical education for 3.5 years and working as a Quality Improvement Advisor for a short time, also. During her time working in the NHS, she worked closely with the School of Medicine to support and advise on the faculty development programme for the large group of NHS clinicians who are committed to delivering teaching alongside their clinical duties. Jordan joined the University in June 2017 as Staff Development Officer for NHS Teachers to lead on the faculty development programme, and continue to support NHS teachers to develop their skills in facilitating and supporting learning.
