Biography
I have a background in graphic design, IT training and administration. I worked with Scottish Diabetes Research Network for around eight years and was responsible for the smooth running of the National Office including financial administration, communication including web and social media, meeting/events organisation among a range of other tasks. I have a strong interest in service design methodology and simplifying processes/generating new ideas for organisational gain.
