Biography
A learning design background (education-led rather than technology-led) combined with a modern style of leadership, consisting of facilitative and collaborative approaches. Started off working for the Kuwait Project, leading a team to design and development of the MSc Diabetes Care, Education and Management. Then took on CME (Centre for Medical Education), enhancing the MSc in Medical Education Course, which moved from a non-cohort to a cohort course.
