Biography
Since January 2014, I have been working as a Bioinformatician in University of Dundee. I obtained my master studies in Computational Molecular Biology/Bioinformatics (2013) from Saarland University, Germany. During my studies, I have spent more than one year as a student research assistant in Max Planck Institute for Informatics where I worked on image processing and annotation. Also I have worked as a student research assistant in Helmholtz centre for infection research for few months on transcriptomic data analysis and motif prediction. My area of interest includes genome wide data analysis, Epigenetics, structural genomics and translational bioinformatics. Currently I am working on genome wide data analysis.
