Biography
Philippe Donnay started his career in 1999 as a macro economist for Bank Degroof. From 2004 to 2006 he was the director of the Center for Political, Economic and Social Studies, as well as economic, financial and budgetary adviser to the chairman of the CDH. After a period of Chief Economist at the VBO FEB between 2006 and 2007, he became Deputy Cabinet Chief and then Cabinet Chief (Cell General Policy) of Ms Joëlle Milquet, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Employment and Equal Opportunities. At the end of 2011, Philippe Donnay was appointed Head of Cabinet (Cell General Policy and Policy Cell Domestic Affairs) of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs and Equal Opportunities. Since May 1, 2014, Philippe Donnay is in charge of the Plan.
