Corie Betz

Biography

Corie Betz joined the Florida Atlantic University athletic staff in May of 2012 as a ticketing sales intern. She moved into the marketing area just a few months later where she has steadily risen to the position which she serves today as director of marketing. While she assists in nearly every phase of FAU athletic marketing, her primary responsibility is men's basketball. She also has been instrumental in building the intern staff, both paid and volunteer, and has worked to coordinate an FAU street team for off and on-campus events. Prior to coming to FAU, she worked as a YMCA youth leadership and sports coordinator, coached softball leagues, was an assistant varsity volleyball coach at Central High in Evansville, IN, and was involved with intramural sports at the University of Southern Indiana.
