Biography
Shane L. Campbell is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in New York. He is a member of FTI Capital Advisors, an investment banking subsidiary of FTI Consulting. Mr. Campbell’s professional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, private placements, capital raises, management buyouts and debt recapitalizations. Mr. Campbell has nearly a decade of professional investment banking experience in a diverse set of industries, including oil and gas, oilfield services, power and clean tech, environmental services and technology, water and waste water, aerospace and defense, industrial and specialty manufacturing and retail software and technology.
