Biography
Sir Philip Hampton, is Independent Non-Executive Chairman for GSK Plc since 2016. He also chaired major FTSE 100 plus companies. Currently, he is the Senior Independent Director of Anglo American Plc, Chairman of its Remuneration Committee and also Chair of the Hampton-Alexander Review on FTSE Women Leaders, an independent review on improving gender balance in FTSE leadership.
