She’s proficient in leadership development, corporate training, and the establishment and implementation of best practices. Since 2003, she has served as the managing director and national practice leader for business development at FMI Corporation, a management consulting, investment banking and research service for the engineering and construction industries. Cynthia assists companies with developing market strategy, winning key clients and projects, driving performance and creating a customer-focused culture.
