He holds a master's degree in law, is a researcher with the Criminal Investigation Department of the NCIC, an associate member of the CRID & P (UCL), a lecturer at the Léon Cornil School of Criminological Sciences ( ULB) Research and direction of research in different fields of criminology: execution of sentences and measures, management of the penalty, sociology of the penal actor, statistics
