Biography
Carrol Tange graduated in Criminology and Philosophy. He has been a researcher at the National Institute of Criminology and Criminology since 2009 and has been an assistant at the School of Criminology of the Free University of Brussels (ULB) in matters relating in particular to criminal policy and criminology research methodology since 1996 . For the past 15 years, he has been studying the practices and the implementation and evaluation of public policies, including the research and training team Synergie and the Criminological Research Center of the ULB. in security and police matters. In 2002, he participated in the creation of the Center for Police Studies (Francophone), which he chaired from 2004 to 2008.
