Biography
Hongliu Yang joined the Institute for European Studies in October 2016 as a Doctoral Researcher in the European Foreign & Security Policy cluster. Her research focuses on the construction of EU’s soft power in Africa. She holds a Master degree in International Politics from Nanjing Normal University (China) and B.A. degree in English Literature from Anhui Normal University (China).
