James S. Turley

Biography

James S. Turley has served as a Board member since April 2014. Mr. Turley is retired having served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young LLP (“Ernst & Young”) from 2001 to June 2013. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Turley served as Regional Managing Partner of Ernst & Young. Mr. Turley serves on the board of directors of Citigroup Inc., a leading global bank, Citibank, N.A., the commercial banking operations of Citigroup Inc., Emerson Electric Co., a global leader in bringing technology and engineering together to provide innovative solutions for customers in industrial, commercial, and consumer markets around the world, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, a leading global security company providing innovative systems, products and solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide. Mr. Turley is also a Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America, a Trustee of the Council for Economic Development, and the Chairman of Theatre Forward. Mr. Turley holds an undergraduate degree and a master’s in accounting from Rice University
