Biography
Toxicologic pathologist with more than 12 years of experience in regulatory and experimental/investigative pathology, both at (CRO) and industry level. Has broad experience in designing and managing regulatory and investigative studies in support of early discovery and compound selection, predictive toxicology for identifying early markers of carcinogenicity, and bespoke studies to support mode of action hypotheses. Has evaluated and interpreted pathology and clinical pathology data on a wide range of regulatory studies, both as a study pathologist and a peer-reviewing pathologist
Research Interest
Regulatory studies evaluated include, more than a dozen carcinogenicity studies, repeat-dose studies in a variety of laboratory animal species including rodents, dogs, primates, and fish and amphibians; studies via various routes of administration, such as continuous intravenous infusion and inhalation routes, and non-routine studies with specialized techniques such as EM, confocal microscopy, and molecular techniques. Has special interest in, and published on; primate pathology, inhalation toxicology and pathology, cardiovascular pathology, comparative pathology, and clinical pathology.
