John Ayres, J.D. is General Counsel and Secretary of Aratana Therapeutics with more than a decade of experience representing pharmaceutical, medical device, and technology companies. Before joining Aratana, he served as corporate and securities counsel for California-based Amgen Inc., the world’s largest independent biotechnology company.
