Biography

Mr. Rodolfo Savitzky has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lonza Group Ltd since October 01, 2016. Mr. Savitzky served as the Head of Finance & Controlling for the Pharma & Biotech Segment of Lonza Group Ltd. since March 2015. Mr. Savitzky joined Lonza in March 2015 as Head of Finance & Controlling for the Pharma&Biotech segment. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Animal Health Division of Novartis. He held various financial management positions with increasing responsibilities at Novartis and Procter & Gamble. With his broad financial and industry background, his thorough understanding of Lonza's strategic direction and his contributions to the Pharma&Biotech segment, he has the necessary skillset to his new position. He serves as a Director of Lonza Swiss Finanz AG. He holds an MBA in Finance/Economics from the University of Chicago.
