Biography

Ms. Margot A. Scheltema, also known as Margot, MSc, served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shell Nederland B.V and served as its Finance Director from 2004 to 2008 prior to which she had held several international management positions at Shell since 1986. Ms. Scheltema served as a Vice Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at Triodos Bank N.V and its Member of Supervisory Board since 2006 until May 22, 2015. She has been an Independent Director of Lonza Group Ltd since April 2012. She has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at TNT Express N.V. since 2011; ECN since 2009; N.V. Luchthaven Schiphol since April 15, 2010; Schiphol NV since 2010 and ASR NV since June 15, 2012. She serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Warmtebedrijf Rotterdam N.V, Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands, Rijksmuseum Foundation and World Press Photo. She serves as a Member Advisory Board at Plan Nederland. She served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at GasTerra BV until September 1, 2007. She served as a Member of Supervisory Board at ASR Nederland N.V. since December 15, 2008 until August 31, 2015. She served as a Member of Supervisory Board at N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie. She serves as a deputy member of the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal and chairs the Monitoring Committee of the Code of the Pension. She is also a member of the World Press Photo Supervisory Council and treasurer of Genootschap Onze Taal, a society dedicated to the Dutch language. Ms. Scheltema is a Research Fellow of Erasmus University Rotterdam. She holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Doctorate from the University of Amsterdam
