Biography
With twenty-five years of experience in IT, Jacques Raulo joined the Medasys group in 2002 in the Infrastructure Services division, then took the lead in the pre-sales department. Six years later, he is in charge of launching the Group's ASP offer. In 2010, Jacques Raulo took over the Customer Service Department. It builds and develops the range of services, whose growing trend now accounts for 25% of turnover. Newly appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, he provides support and support to the President and the Executive Committee of MEDASYS in the daily management of the group.
