Biography
ené is the Chief Operating Officer for Mercer, bringing 25 years of broad business and technology leadership and benefits administration experience to the company. As the former Executive Vice President of the US Region and Chief Technology Officer for Morneau Shepell, René led market growth through new sales, partnerships, acquisitions and innovations in products, services and technology in addition to overseeing business operations. Prior to his role at Morneau Shepell, René led Mercer’s Eastern Canada Administration and Canadian Technology Solutions from 2000 to 2007. He returned to Mercer in 2016 as the Global Health Delivery Leader, responsible for creating and executing the Health & Benefits delivery strategy worldwide.
