Biography
Mr. Fornieri has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong specialization in women's health. He is a graduate in chemistry and is the founder and CEO of the Company. François previously worked for Bayer-Schering and is also the co-founder of Uteron Pharma, which was sold to Watson / Actavis (NYSE: ACT) in early 2013. In 2011, François was elected "Manager of the year" for the French-speaking part of the country by the Belgian economic and financial magazine Trends / Tendances.
