Biography
Dominick Gallant holds a Master degree in Bio-engineering (K.U. Leuven) and in Industrial Management (K.U. Leuven). He worked for several Belgian ICT companies and for Arthur Andersen Management Consulting. He managed the teams that optimise for their customers the financial, logistical and production related business processes. He was advisor to shareholders and to the management of medium and large enterprises with regard to performance improvement of their organisations. He acquired strong experience in M&A transactions as a partner of MNA. He is member of the board of several Belgian companies.
