Biography
Kristo van Holsbeeck is Master in Economics and specialized in monetary economics and econometrics (Catholic University Louvain) He completed his studies with a Post University Degree Corporate Finance / Financial Analysis (Interuniversity Center F.A., Brussels). Kristo acquired a lot of financial experience at KBC bank and The MORGAN bank. He acquired his first M&A experience at Belgium's largest Media Group, Corelio. As independent advisor and partner of MNA, Kristo has developed a strong track record of several M&A transactions. He is a member of the board of Belgian Companies.
