Biography
-Over 30 years experience in Flow Cytometry on Ortho H-50 , BD-Facscan,Beckman Coulter XL, Beckman Coulter FC500, BD-FacStar Plus ,BD-Facs Vantage ,BD-FacsCAlibur ,BD-FacsCanto II BD-LSR II and 1 in house re-build FAcStar Plus flow cytometer for acquisition and research on cellular light scatter properties (NATO-project in close collaboration with Amsterdam and Novosibirsk University) . Experimental Hematology :mainly cellular work including Clogenic Assays and Clinical Magnetic Cell Separation for transplantion purposes , electroporation , cell adherence for research/clinical applications , cell line manipulation , cyto chemistry and more. Follow-up and guidance of PhD-students for Flow Cytometry Immunophenotyping/Cell sorting and many cellular applications .
Research Interest
Responsable for the creation and follow-up of high quality Clinical trial based Flow Cytometric data covering a wide field of biological applications in a global setting. Labcorp Clinical Trials is part of one of the major Clinical Diagnostic companies called Labcorp .Expanded responsibilities in Asia by implementation and follow-up of the Singapore Flow Cytometry departments .
