Els Vanpee ias an associate director at Parexel. Presently, she is driving a team of Clinical Operations Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Specialist, Research Operating Assistants to work independently and intelligently to achieve quality results. She serves in developing a team to be part of one of the best clinical research organizations (CROs) in the world. As Country Head of Clinical Operations, she is leading a team of 65 reports who share the same dedication and passion—to deliver life-saving treatments to patients worldwide.
