Biography
Edward T. Noland, Jr. (Tee) is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Pharma Tech Industries. In this role, Tee is responsible for all operations and sales, as well as developing and executing Pharma Tech's overall strategic plan. The oldest of company founder Ted Noland's two children, Tee joined Pharma Tech full time in 2006, and has held positions in sales, business development, and marketing. He became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2013, and is also a member of Pharma Tech Industries' Board of Directors. Of Pharma Tech's five core values, Humility has always resonated with Tee: "Humility is the foundation of servant leadership. If we can embrace humility and commit ourselves to serving the needs of others, the possibilities for success are unlimited." Tee earned a BA from the University of Virginia in 1999, and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in 2006. He and his family reside in Athens, GA, where he serves on the board for the city's Boys & Girls Club.
