Biography
Jef Pinxteren has more than 20 years’ experience in the field. He joined Promethera in 2016 as Director of Preclinical and Product Development in the research and development department and then transitioned to become Director of Process Development in the operations department. Prior to joining Promethera, Dr. Pinxteren was the Head of Research and Development at ReGenesys where his focus was to develop a compact and cost-efficient way of expanding the company’s product for clinical production and built out ReGenesys to a 17–head strong research team. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Jef Pinxteren has more than 20 years’ experience in the field.
