Biography
Andrew Clinton is Protiviti’s executive vice president, international operations. Based in London, he oversees our European, Asia-Pacific and Latin America regions. Clinton is also a member of Protiviti’s Global Financial Services council, which drives the firm’s global strategy for serving financial services clients. Clinton has previously been responsible for the U.K. operation, the European operation and while based in Sydney, he was the market lead for financial services in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Protiviti in 2007, Clinton was a partner at KPMG in London, where he had a number of roles including being a member of the Financial Services Consulting Executive with responsibility for the corporate and investment banking and investment management consulting business. During his time at KPMG, he also had cross P&L roles related to corporate transactions, account management and global networks. Clinton has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on a wide spectrum of issues including strategy, business governance and large-scale change management. His primary focus is on assisting clients to manage change driven by regulatory matters, new business or operating models and corporate transactions. Clinton holds a BA (Hons) degree in economics from the University of Exeter.
