Biography
Jim Erlinger is executive vice president and general counsel for QuintilesIMS, responsible for the company’s global legal operations, as well as compliance, quality assurance, privacy, environmental health and safety, and external affairs. Jim’s expertise includes corporate law, healthcare, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial law, capital formation and finance, and technology-related transactions. He joined Quintiles in 2013 and previously was a partner in the St. Louis, Mo., law firm of Bryan Cave, where he served as a client service group leader and a member of its executive committee.
