Biography
Ludger Bartels has a graduate degree in materials engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück. In 1977, he joined what is today Röchling Engineering Plastics SE & Co. KG and held a variety of positions there. Bartels became Production Manager for extrusion and materials preparation in 1979. In 1988, he took over leadership of development and quality control, as well as extrusion and assumed responsibility for technical management of the thermoplastics profit center in 1991.
