Biography

Mr. Rudi M. Marien serves as the Managing Director and President at Bio Analytical Research Corporation N.V. Mr. Marien serves as Managing Director of Gengest BVBA, Biovest CVA and Argon CVA. He is also President, Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Gengest Bvba and Biovest CommVa. He is a Founder and Managing Director of several clinical reference laboratories. He was Vice-President of Cerba European Lab. He was a Co-founder of Fujirebio Europe N.V. (also known as Innogenetics) and also served as its Chairman. He founded and served as Managing Director of Barc NV group. He served as Chairman of Innogenetics N.V and as its Director since 1985. He has been Chairman of Biocartis Group NV since 2015. He serves as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Biocartis NV. He serves as a Director of AgroSavfe NV, PharmaNeuroBoost NV, Myoscience, Inc., Multiplicom N.V. and GENimmune NV. He has been a Non-Executive Director of deVGen NV since June 2009. He serves as an Independent Director of Quest for Growth Belgium. He serves as a Director of Oystershell and MDxHealth, Inc. He has been a Non-Executive Independent Director of MDxHealth SA since June 2011. He served as a Director at ActoGeniX NV (now Intrexon Actobiotics N.V.). He served as a Director of Fujirebio Europe N.V. since 1985. He is a Member of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry.
