Biography
Roger Kearns began his career with Solvay in 1986 as a process engineer at the Solvay Polymers plant in Texas. He then held various manufacturing, technical, marketing, and business management positions before moving several times to Belgium and Thailand. In 2004, he was appointed President of Solvay Advanced Polymers. From 2008 to 2012 he was responsible for the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Executive Committee of Solvay. Kearns holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University.
