Biography
Martina Kröner serves as Managing Director and Vice President European Operations. She oversees our European biometrics, clinical operations, and project management functions, driving overall project delivery, process improvements and solutions to ensure operational excellence. Martina served as Chief Financial Officer Europe for SynteractHCR prior to this role.With more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles, she has worked with private equity companies in the pharmaceutical, automotive and retail industries and become a successful senior executive. Prior to joining SynteractHCR, she served as CFO for Novem car interior design, a worldwide developer, provider and system supplier of high-quality car interior trim elements with over 4,500 staff throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. She was instrumental in driving sales to new buyers.Martina holds a degree in business economics and pedagogics from University of Mainz.
