Over 30 years experience in the field of Immunoassays from R/D in RIA to the laboratory to the commercial world. Understanding of both efficiency and financial side of the laboratory.I have been in the Immunodiagnostics industry for many years now with experience in R&D,department head of laboratory, Sales,Technical Support (both office and field-based), Customer training, Product Management and evaluations/studies of new analytes.Also experience/evaluation with adapting systems to veterinary area working with the Veterinary University in Bucherest. Good team player,peoples person,results focused,good communications with all levels,presentation skills and analytical mind
