Biography
Mr. Lukach joined Univar in December 2014 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He successfully led the financial aspects of Univar’s IPO in June 2015, and the subsequent refinancing of the company’s debt, which extended maturities and reduced annual interest expense by $100 million. Before joining Univar, he held a number of senior financial and commercial leadership positions at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company, Inc., including President, DuPont Asia Pacific from 2008 – 2012. Mr. Lukach began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in auditing and tax advisory services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University, a master’s degree in taxation from Widener University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
