Biography
Ms. Sparacino joined Univar in April 2014 as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits, and has served as our Vice President of Global Human Resources since November 2015. From October 2009 to March of 2014, Ms. Sparacino served as Vice President Global Compensation and Benefits at Molex Incorporated, a leading global supplier of electronic components and solutions. Prior to that, Ms. Sparacino held multiple roles of increasing responsibility and gained broad experience in developing and managing global compensation and benefit, talent, and career planning programs for Molex. From July 1990 to August 1999, Ms. Sparacino was responsible for the management of comprehensive benefits programs at Stepan Company, a global manufacturer of specialty chemicals. Ms. Sparacino holds a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Notre Dame, and holds an M.B.A. in finance and organizational behavior from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
