Biography
Benoît BERNARD holds a doctorate in sociology from organizations as well as a diploma from IEP-Paris and HEC-Liège. His research focuses on the influence of management tools on public policy. Among the diversity of these management tools, its work pays particular attention to systems of indicators and measures. Interest in these devices lies not only in their ability to reveal the nature of social processes at work within an organization (power relations, meaning, legitimacy) but also, and more broadly, forms of government action (styles of government and "governmentality"). B. Bernard currently holds training and knowledge management and security analyst ( human and organizational factors) within the regulatory body of the nuclear sector.
