Her scientific project is concerned with the issue of citizenship. This is being studied within the framework of democratic regimes and their changes in the light of new modes of governance in countries of Western Europe and Latin America. Her work, therefore, focuses on the diversification of the places of political action and the forms of political action manifested in the transformations of citizenship. These transformations are viewed from a perspective of historical sociology of politics, comparative politics and political studies of gender. A first section focuses on Latin American policy from a diachronic and synchronic perspective of the political regimes of this region. A second component is the transnationalization of women's movements and gender policies. Insofar as it allows more than ever a cross-fertilization between Europe and Latin America, a third part deals with its repercussions on the political citizenship of women on the basis of social representations linked to individuation and motherhood . These components are developed on the basis of case studies, comparisons by contextual contrasts and an approach of historical sociology of politics. individuation and maternalism.
