Biography
October 2013: Coordinator of the Interuniversity Certificate in Public Policy Evaluation November 2011 - July 2014: Researcher at CESDIP (CNRS, France). Member of the European research group COMPOSITE (Comparative Police Studies in the EU). Since October 2010: Lecturer, Free University of Brussels. December 2006 - October 2011: Researcher at the Center for Research and Sociological Interventions (CRIS) of the University of Liège. December 2005: Doctorate in Political Science from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris ("Political Sociology and Public Policy Analysis"): "Independence and Dependencies of Justice. The independence of justice as a stake in political struggles in the French public space 1954-1986 ".
