Biography
Yseult read at the Faculties Universitaires Saint-Louis (FUSL) and the Free University of Brussels (ULB). She holds a postgraduate degree in Notariaat from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB). Between 1999 and 2006, as a researcher at the Center for Public Law, Université libre de Bruxelles. Her doctoral research, entitled A legal narrative for English and Belgian public-private partnershipswas carried out under the supervision of Professor John Bell at the University of Cambridge (2011).
