Biography
Dariusz (Darek) Kloza holds LL.M. in Law and Technology (2010) from the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) at Tilburg University. He also studied law at the University of Białystok (2004-2008) and the University of Copenhagen (2007-2008). He joined the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in March 2011 to work for the research project "A Privacy Impact Assessment Framework (PIAF) for data protection and privacy rights." Prior to coming to Brussels he completed a traineeship at the European Commission (Directorate-General for Information Society and Media) in Luxembourg.
Research Interest
His research is focused on privacy and data protection in the digital era, liability of intermediary service providers, and private international law.
