Biography
Irina Baraliuc holds a BA in Law (2003) from State University in Moldova and an LLM in Law and Technology (2010) from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, and has working experience in international organizations dealing with development, human rights and democracy.
Research Interest
She is currently a doctoral researcher in the project "Public and Private Use: an Online Private Sphere in Copyright?" primarily focusing her research on defining the private and public sphere in digital world in relation with the enjoyment of copyright protected works.
