Biography
He holds a PhD in Physics and is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering in the Technological and Educational Institution of Athens. He has worked on process and device modelling and characterization and has contributed to the metrology software of Nanometrisis. His scientific work is published in over 70 papers in international journals and has participated in over 70 international conferences on microelectronics.
