Biography
Graduated in Farmacy, with Qualification in Clinical Analysis by the Federal University of Ouro Preto (1995), with a master's degree (1997) and doctorate (2002) in Biological Sciences (Physiology and Pharmacology) by the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Lecturer at UFMG since 2006. Associate Professor, Department of Social Pharmacy - UFMG. Collaborating researcher in the Pharmacoepidemiology Research Group (GPFE) of the Faculty of Pharmacy - UFMG. He has experience in the areas of Medicines and Pharmaceutical Assistance, with emphasis on Pharmaceutical Ethics and Legislation and Pharmacovigilance and Sanitary Surveillance, working mainly in drug use studies.
