Biography
Automation Analyst • Customer technical support in the MOTION line (configuration and startup of the Servosystem in the machine, micromotors, stepper drivers, stepper motors); CONTROLS line (programmable products TIBBO, Suprema; civil identification through the biometric modules, RFID Cards and modules); • Analysis and repair of the electronic boards from Servodrivers and stepper drivers; • Electronics assembly line experience plus the SMD soldering technology practice; • Knowlege about electronics measuring instruments, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) tests, surge, Hypot and burst tests. Quality Analyst • Knowledge concerning the ISO 9001:2015 standard documents and participation in certifying a mechatronic product by Anatel; • Experience with the PDCA, MASP and 6 Sigma (DMAIC e DFSS) tools; • Implementation and management of an outsourced Quality Control company in China to perform thorough inspections in the mechatronics products; • Improvement over 80% the aesthetics quality resulting in a sales increase of 70% besides conquering the lost customers; • Reduction with the chinese supplier the high rate of burnings from 15% to 4% in the stepper drivers’ boards by requesting them for upgrading both hardware and firmware resulting in a robust product; • Elaboration of the Manufacturing Orders to the foreign suppliers, SOP (Standardized Operating Procedures), work instructions, checklists, technical reports, opening and closure of non conformities reports.
