Biography
Anuar Caram is President of the O & G Energy Business Unit. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, an MBA in Business Management from USP, a specialization from Kellog (University of North Western-Evaston-Chicago), he began his career as a GA trainee in 1991, of works. He became in 2001 one of the youngest contract managers in the company's history. In 2012 he assumed the presidency of Business Brazil. In 2016, he was responsible for the merger of AG's Energy and Industrial Units, creating the O & G Energy Unit. Among its main functions is the creation of a team of leaders, aligned with the needs of the national and international markets, focusing on technical competence, compliance, governance, project customization and integrated solutions. The area of operation of the BU includes hydroelectric, thermoelectric, transmission lines, wind and solar farms, refineries, pipelines and pipelines. Among the main projects are the Belo Monte and Santo Antônio hydroelectric plants, the Manaus thermoelectric plant, the Comperj coking plant and pipes.
